Inspection and verification


1. Check the validity of the customer's complaint by activating the system using the customer's mobile phone.

2. Perform a visual inspection for obvious signs of mechanical or electrical damage.

3. If an obvious cause for a reported or received complaint is found, correct the problem (if possible) before proceeding to the next step.

4. If the cause of the problem is not visually obvious, check the malfunction symptom and refer to the Malfunction Symptom Table.
