Weber 2V TLD Carburetor
1. Remove the ground wire from the battery.
2. Remove the air filter housing.
3. Disconnect the wires from the knock sensor.
4. Disconnect the wires from the starting automatic heater.
5. Disconnect the fuel supply and return hoses.
6. Disconnect the throttle linkage from the throttle connection.
7. Disconnect the vacuum tube.
8. Remove the cooling system hose from the bracket under the automatic starter housing.
9. Unscrew the four Torx screws, remove the carburetor and cover the hole in the intake manifold with a clean rag. Remove the gasket.
10. The carburetor is installed in the reverse order of removal. After installation, adjust the idle speed and CO content.
