Carburetor Weber 2V TLD
1. Remove ground wire from battery.
2. Remove the air filter housing.
3. Disconnect the wires from the knock sensor.
4. Disconnect the wires from the starter automatic heater.
5. Disconnect fuel supply and return hoses.
6. Disconnect the rocker arm from the throttle connection.
7. Disconnect the vacuum tube.
8. Remove the coolant hose from the bracket under the starter automatic housing.
9. unscrew four screws "Togh", remove the carburetor and cover the hole in the intake manifold with a clean rag. Remove gasket.
10. The carburetor is installed in the reverse order of removal. After installation, adjust idle speed and CO content.
