Weber 2V TLD Carburetor Adjustment (Scorpio 1)

1. Adjust idle speed and fuel mixture quality.

2. Warm up the engine to operating temperature and remove the air filter housing.

3. Remove the plastic screen from the throttle damper.

4. Disconnect the throttle damper vacuum hose and connect the damper with a tube to the intake manifold.

5. Start the engine and measure the engine speed. The engine speed should be higher than the nominal and correspond to the value given in subsection 5.1.

6. If necessary, make adjustments. Remove the seal from the top of the throttle damper housing and, by turning the adjusting screw, set the required speed.

7. Disconnect the tube from the intake manifold and connect the throttle damper vacuum hose.

8. Install the plastic screen and air filter housing.
