Weber 2V TLD Carburetor Adjustment

1. Adjust idle speed and fuel mixture quality.

2. Warm up the engine to operating temperature and remove the air filter housing.

3. Remove the plastic screen from the throttle damper.

4. Disconnect the throttle damper vacuum hose and connect the damper with a tube to the intake manifold.

5. Start the engine and measure the rpm. The engine speed must be greater than the nominal and correspond to the value given in subsection 5.1.

6. Make adjustments if necessary. Remove the seal from the upper part of the throttle damper housing and, by turning the adjusting screw, set the required speed.

7. Disconnect the pipe from the intake manifold and connect the throttle damper vacuum hose.

8. Install the plastic screen and air filter housing.
