Adjusting the float level
1 – protrusion on the float, 2 – adjusting eye, X – float level
1. Assembly is carried out in the reverse order of disassembly.
2. Assemble the carburetor cover, check and, if necessary, adjust the float level.
3. Check the float adjustment by installing the upper part of the carburetor so that the needle valve is closed, but the valve ball should not be recessed. Measure the distance from the gasket of the upper part of the carburetor to the bottom of the float. If the obtained size does not correspond to the required one, bend the stop tab on the float.
4. Install the top part of the carburetor and the rest of the previously removed elements.
5. Install the stepper motor.
6. Adjust the air damper clearance.
