Throttle damper first chamber
1 – drive lever, 2 – damper lock nut, 3 – damper plunger, 4 – feeler blade
1. Warm up the engine to operating temperature.
2. Turn off the engine.
3. Loosen the nut on the first chamber throttle damper and adjust the position of the damper so that the movable plunger touches the lever without moving the damper diaphragm.
4. Tighten the nut on the first chamber throttle damper and check the adjustment.
