Inspection and verification


1. Check the validity of the customer's complaint by using the system.

2. Perform a visual inspection for obvious mechanical or electrical damage.

– Damaged sound signal(s)

- Blown fuse

- Relay

- Damaged wiring harness

– Loose or corroded plug(s)


3. If an obvious cause for the complaint noted or described by the customer is found, correct it (if possible) before proceeding with further actions.

4. If the cause of the malfunction is not obvious, clarify the malfunction symptom and refer to the Malfunction Symptom Table.
