Examination


1. If the buzzer does not work, check first. that the support bolt is securely fastened. Lead to the signal one connecting wire from the support bracket bolt and the negative battery terminal and the other connecting wire from the signal terminal and the positive battery terminal.

2. If the signal does not work and the battery contact does not spark, disconnect the connecting wires. Turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise 1/4 to 3/8 turn, then hold it from turning with pliers while crimping the housing. If after replacing the wires the horn does not work, replace it with a new one.

Replacement


3. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

4. On the reverse side of the steering wheel, unscrew the two screws and disconnect the signal pad.

5. Remove the horn switch from the steering wheel, insert the replacement unit, install the pillow.

6. Disconnect the horn electrical connector.

7. Unscrew the support bolt (s), remove the signal from the car (see picture).

5. Optional horn bracket upper slope (must be assembled before installation on the vehicle).
6. (Before installation on the car must be assembled).
7. Front element.


8. Install in reverse order.
