Inspection and verification
1. Check the validity of the customer's complaint by activating the system.
2. Perform a visual check for obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage.

Electrical factors:
- Fuse (And)

- Internal damage to the watch
- Loose or corroded connectors
3. If an obvious cause for a noted or received complaint is found, troubleshoot (if it is possible) before moving on to the next step.
4. If the problem is not obvious, check the symptom and refer to the Troubleshooting Table.
