Front seat cushion — disassembly and assembly

Disassembly

1. Detach the cushion cover from the seat base.

• Detach the fastening strip.

2. Remove bent rings.

NOTE: Mark the position of the anti-squeak mat.

Remove the cushion from the seat base.



4. Remove the cushion cover.

• 1. Roll up the seat cover towards the center to access the curved rings.
• 2. Cut the bent rings.

Assembly

NOTE: Use bent ring pliers to close the bent rings. Do not use any other tools. Curved rings are required to be closed with an overlap, as shown in the figure.

To assemble, follow the disassembly procedure in reverse order.
