Rear Seat Back Latch — Removal and Installation (Focus 1)

Removal

1. Fold the rear seatback(s) forward.

2. Disconnect the seat back retaining cable.



3. Remove the seat back latch cover.

• Release the two locking tabs.

4. Remove the seat back latch screws.

NOTE: When removing, mark the seatback retaining cable routing to facilitate installation.

Remove the seat back retaining latch.

Installation

1. To install, perform the removal procedure in reverse order.
