Rear seat cushion (cars after 08.2000)

Disassembly

NOTE: The procedure shown is for a dual rear seat cushion. The procedure is the same for a single seat cushion.

1.

NOTE: Save the safety corner.

Remove the seat cushion cover from the seat base.

• Remove the plastic mounting strip.

2. Remove the seat base.



3. Detach the pillow cover from both sides of the pillow.

• 1. Roll the pillow cover towards the center to access the curved rings.
• 2. Cut the curved rings.

4. Remove the pillow cover.

• 1. Roll the pillow cover back to expose the curved rings.
• 2. Cut the curved rings.

Assembly

NOTE: Use curved ring pliers to close the curved rings. Do not use any other tools. The curved rings must be closed with an 8mm overlap as shown in the picture.

To assemble, follow the disassembly procedure in reverse order.
