PRACTICAL TIPS

Periodic replacement of incandescent lamps

The bulbs installed in a car have a relatively short service life, as they are constantly exposed to vibrations and high temperatures from the heated filament in the small bulb. Under the influence of high temperatures, metal vapors from the metal filament in conventional bulbs are deposited on the inner surface of the bulb, reducing its transparency. Therefore, replace the incandescent bulbs in exterior lights (except halogen bulbs) once every two years. Bulbs that need to be replaced are identified by a slightly darkened glass bulb.
