Signaling devices

            0

Fiesta signaling devices are important devices for communicating your intentions to other road users. For example, if you want to change direction or before overtaking, you turn on the turn signal, when you press the brake pedal, the brake light warns that the driver behind you is braking. But these are not all the signaling devices provided in your Fiesta car.

The rules for the admission of vehicles to traffic prescribe the equipment of the vehicle with an audible signal to give warning signals. In addition, the hazard warning light system must be operational so that in the event of an accident, a stationary vehicle is illuminated by hazard lights. Since the alarm works even when the ignition is off, the switch is powered directly from the battery through the fuse. The direction indicators are only supplied with voltage when the ignition is switched on via the ignition switch. Always check the operation of the signaling devices before driving off.

Emergency light signaling

With the ignition off, turn on the hazard warning lights. In the same rhythm, all six direction indicators should flash along with the control lamp in the instrument cluster.

Direction indicators

Turn on the ignition and turn indicators. When the direction indicators are on, as well as the control lamp in the instrument cluster, they should flash in the same rhythm.

Stop signal

Install the car with the back against the wall. When you press the brake pedal on the wall on the right and left sides of the car, the light from the burning brake lights should be reflected. When driving in a convoy, when you press the brake pedal, the light from the burning brake lights should be reflected from the headlight reflectors or the paintwork of the car moving behind, which can be observed in the rear-view mirror.
