Removal
Remove the door trim.
Remove the black plastic clips from the door edge. Carefully peel off the protective film.
Caution: The film tears very easily.
Disconnect the drive rod between the lock cylinder and the door lock.

Disconnect the multi-pin plug connector of the door locking mechanism electric motor. Unscrew the bolts "B" securing the locking mechanism electric motor and detach the drive rod. D - wire clamp.
Remove the 3 bolts "E" securing the door lock and disconnect its multi-pin plug connector.
Loosen screw "A" of the door release mechanism and remove the remote control by moving it backwards to separate it from the door leaf.
Detach two "C" bushings from the door sheet.
Pull the assembled lock out through the large opening behind the window glass shaft.
Disconnect the door release mechanism drive rod from the lock.
Installation
Before installing the door lock, clean the drive rods and apply universal grease to the places where they move in the bushings.
Attach the door release mechanism drive rod to the lock.
Install the assembled lock into the mounting position through the large opening, screw in and tighten the 3 mounting bolts.
Attach the door release mechanism. Secure the bushings for the drive rods.
Press the door release mechanism locking lever to the locked position and push the release mechanism lever all the way back. Insert and tighten the release mechanism fastening screw.
Check whether the unlocking mechanism functions correctly when the lock is locked and adjust it if necessary.
Connect the door lock multi-pin connector.
Hang the door locking mechanism electric motor rod and screw the electric motor to the door. Connect the multi-pin plug connector of the electric motor.
Hang the drive rod between the lock cylinder and the door lock.
Attention: If the protective film is not glued correctly, a draft will occur in the car interior when the car is moving.
Install door trim.
