Withdrawal
Remove door trim.
Remove the black plastic clips from the door edge. Carefully peel off the protective film.
Attention: The film tears very easily.
Release drive rod -A- from its clip.
If necessary, release the clip and remove the switch -B-. Disconnect the switch connector.
After detaching from the clip, remove the lock cylinder together with the drive rod -C-.
Installation
Insert the lock cylinder into the door, fix it with a clip and hang the drive rod.
Align and fasten the switch with the lock cylinder. Make sure the clamp is securely holding the parts.
Connect the switch connector.
Glue the protective film without wrinkles. Seal the torn places with a wide adhesive tape.
Attention: If the protective film is not glued correctly, a draft will occur in the passenger compartment when the car is moving.
Install door trim.
