The ignition switch (lock) is installed on the steering column and secured with two bolts with self-cutting heads, so to replace it, the bolts must be removed with a chisel or drilled out with an electric drill. You will need: a drill, an electric drill or a chisel with a hammer, pliers (preferably a welding clamp), a flat-blade screwdriver.
