NOTE: When pouring the working fluid into the reservoir, make sure the fluid is clean. Do not shake it before use. To reduce the level of air saturation in the fluid, pour it into the reservoir slowly. The fluid level should be checked when the fluid is cold.

2. Using special tools, apply a vacuum (84-101) kPa ((25-30) inHg) to the system and hold it for 30 seconds.

3. Observe the vacuum gauge reading. If the vacuum drops more than 7 kPa (2 inHg) within 5 minutes, the system should be checked for leaks.

4. Remove the hand vacuum/pressure pump and stopper. If necessary, fill the reservoir with working fluid up to the "MAX" mark.
