Power Steering Pump Pulley — 1.4L/1.6L/1.8L Diesel

Special tool

	Power Steering Pump Pulley Puller 211-198 (13-021)
	Camshaft Pulley Installation Tool 303-458 (21-192)

Removal

1. Remove the power steering pump. For more information, refer to the Power Steering Pump chapter in this section.

NOTE: 1.4L engine with air conditioning shown, other versions are similar.

Using the special tool, remove the power steering pump pulley.

Installation

1.

NOTE: Make sure the pulley is flush with the end of the power steering pump shaft.

Using the special tool, install the power steering pump pulley.
