Removal
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable (chapter 5A).
2. Apply the parking brake. Raise the front end and place it on supports.
3. The hose connections on the radiator itself are inaccessible. Therefore, find the hoses coming from the radiator in the area of the front part of the subframe and disconnect them. To access them, you can also remove the front bumper (Chapter 11) (see Fig. 35.3). Place a container under the radiator to collect the liquid and plug the ends of the hoses.

4. The radiator mounting bolts can be unscrewed from above with a long wrench. Do not damage the radiator or the air conditioning condenser. Unscrew the two radiator bolts and pull it out (see Fig. 35.4, a, b).

Installation
5. Installation - in the reverse order of removal. It makes sense to replace the clamps with elastic clamps with clamps with screw clamps. Finally, fill the hydraulic steering system with fluid and remove air from it.
