Removal
1. Disconnect the battery and remove the air filter.
2. Carefully unscrew the expansion tank cap.
3. Remove the coolant hoses from the starting device and plug them.
4. Disconnect the throttle control cable.
5. Remove the fuel supply hose to the carburetor.
6. Remove the vacuum hose from the ignition distributor from the carburetor.
7. Unscrew the 4 mounting nuts and remove the carburetor.
8. Cover the intake manifold opening with a rag.
Installation
1. The carburetor is installed in the reverse order of removal.
2. After installation, it is necessary to check the coolant level and carbon monoxide content, and also adjust the idle speed.
