Withdrawal
1. Disconnect the battery and remove the air filter.
2. Being careful, unscrew the plug of the expansion tank.
3. Remove the coolant hoses from the starter and plug them.
4. Disconnect the throttle control cable.
5. Remove the fuel supply hose to the carburetor.
6. Remove the vacuum hose from the ignition distributor from the carburetor.
7. Unscrew the 4 fixing nuts and remove the carburetor.
8. Close the intake manifold opening with a rag.
Installation
1. The carburetor is installed in the reverse order of removal.
2. After installation, it is necessary to check: the level of coolant and the content of carbon monoxide and also to adjust the idle speed.
