Adjustment
1. Shift the gear selector lever to position "D".
2. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Section 100-02 for additional information.

NOTE: Make sure that the outer sleeve of the gear selector lever cable can move freely after the lock is released.
Unlock the gear selector lever cable locking mechanism (turn counterclockwise).

NOTE: The mark on the TR sensor must be in line with the mark on the transaxle selector lever.
Move the transaxle selector lever to the "D" position (TR sensor shown removed).
5. Lock the outer sleeve of the gear selector lever cable by turning the locking mechanism clockwise.
6. Lower the vehicle.
7. Check the adjustment of the gear selector lever cable.
