Executive gearshift locking device

Withdrawal

1. Remove the floor console. See Section 501-12 for more information.

2. Disconnect the overdrive switch electrical connector (O/D) (gear selector shown in removed position).



3. Remove the shift lock actuator.

• 1. Turn out a bolt.
• 2. Remove the handle.
• 3. Pull out the pusher.

Installation

1. Install the shift lock actuator.

• 1. Install the pusher.
• 2. Replace the handle.
• 3. Install the bolt.

2. Mate the electrical connector of the O/D switch (gear selector shown in removed position).



3. Install the floor console. See Section 501-12 for more information.
