Disassembly

1.

NOTE: When using a vise, install protective liners on the jaws of the vise.

Disconnect the overdrive switch electrical connector (O/D).



2. Remove the handle from the gear selection lever. Remove the screw.



3. Disassemble the gear selector.

• Pull out the pusher.
• Release the nest.

Assembly

1. To assemble, follow the disassembly procedure in reverse order.

• Lubricate all moving and rotating parts.
