Accelerator cable adjustment

SEQUENCE OF WORK

1. Ask the assistant to press the accelerator pedal all the way.

2. Release the accelerator cable from the support of the injection system and, accordingly, the throttle assembly.

3. Move the accelerator cable sheath away from the support until the throttle is in the maximum fuel position.

4. In this position, secure the accelerator cable with the mounting sleeve with a clamp.

5. Release the accelerator pedal and check if the fuel supply through the throttle valve is released at idle. If the accelerator cable is too loose or gets stuck, repeat the adjustment.
