Replacing the accelerator cable

SEQUENCE OF WORK

1. Disconnect the accelerator cable from the accelerator pedal.

2. Disconnect the accelerator cable from the high pressure fuel pump control lever (injection pump) and release the 4 clamps securing the cable to the supports.

3. Remove the engine compartment bulkhead seal and pull the accelerator cable out of the engine compartment.

4. At installation of a cable of an accelerator check up correctness of installation of consolidation of a partition of a motor compartment. Further installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
