Removal

Loosen the nut securing the upper decorative trim and carefully remove the trim from the door frame.
Remove the door edge trim. To do this, place a screwdriver against the window glass guide and carefully press the trim located between the window glass guide and the door. Then remove the trim from the door.
Press the cap covering the mounting screw from the inner lining of the mirror and unscrew the screw.
Manually adjustable mirror: Remove the manual adjustment lever extension and remove the mirror trim.
Electric mirror: Remove the inner trim of the mirror and disconnect the multi-pin connector.

Manually adjustable mirror: Remove the manual adjustment mechanism retaining clip.
Unscrew the 3 mounting screws and remove the mirror.
Installation
Insert the wiring harness or, accordingly, the manual mirror adjustment mechanism into the door opening.
Place the mirror and screw it in place with three screws.
Manually adjustable mirror: Insert the manual adjustment mechanism locking clip.
Electric mirror: Connect the multi-pin plug and attach the cover.
Screw on the lid and close the screw hole with a cap.
Align the trim on the door edge. Make sure it is positioned above the flange. Then press the trim onto the door. Check if the window glass guide edge is positioned between the door and the window glass guide.
Align the lower edge of the upper decorative trim with the corner trim trunnion and press the decorative trim into the mounting clamps.
Tighten the nut securing the upper decorative trim.
