Removal
Raise the front of the car onto jack stands. Remove the lower engine compartment casing where available, see p. 10.
Remove the front windshield washer fluid reservoir.
Disconnect the parking lights/turn signal lights plug connectors from the rear of the bumper (two connectors on each side of the vehicle).

On the underside of the vehicle, on the left and right, release the two quick-release bumper fasteners by turning them 90°.

Unfasten the left and right wheel arch trim by releasing the clamp -upper arrow- and drilling out the rivet -lower arrow-.
Lower the car.

Unscrew the side covers of both headlights.
Loosen the mounting clamps and remove the engine intake manifold.

Unscrew the mounting bolts and, together with an assistant, remove the bumper from the car horizontally.
Place the bumper on a clean, soft surface.
Installation
Push the bumper horizontally onto the car. Make sure that the side bumper holders fit into the recesses on the rear side.
Tighten the mounting bolts to a torque of 10 Nm.
Install and secure the engine intake manifold with clamps.
Screw on the side covers of both headlights.
Secure the left and right wheel arch liners with new clamps and rivets.
Close the two quick-release bumper latches by turning them 90°.
Connect the parking light/turn signal light plug connectors to the rear of the bumper.
Install the front windshield washer fluid reservoir.
Install the lower engine compartment cover, see p. 10.
