Removal
Place the rear of the car on jack stands.
Remove the two inner side bumper quick release fasteners.
Remove the bolts of the outer side fasteners.
Pull the bumper away from the vehicle. This will release both side pins and the bumper holder.
Unscrew the mounting bolts and, together with an assistant, remove the bumper from the car horizontally.
Place the bumper on a clean, soft surface.
Installation
Push the bumper horizontally onto the car, making sure that the side pins and bumper holder are in the correct position.
Tighten the mounting bolts to a torque of 10 Nm.
Close the two quick-release bumper latches by turning them 90°.
Tighten the outer side mount bolts.
Lower the car.
