Removing and installing the bumper cover (front) (Mondeo 3)

ORDER OF EXECUTION

Raise the front of the car onto supports and secure it and remove the radiator grille (the mounting locations are indicated by arrows).

Removing the radiator grille.
If your Mondeo has a headlight washer system, remove the nozzle covers.
Next, remove the lower protective grille (screws are indicated by arrows).

Unscrew eleven screws and remove the lower protective grille.
Disconnect the plug from the outside air temperature indicator lamp and the fog lamp (if installed).
Unscrew the splash guard cover from both wheel arches (locations indicated by arrows) and then…

Unscrew the buffer cap from the splash guard.
...in both niches, remove the bumper cover from the wings (screws are indicated by arrows).

Unscrew the bumper cover from both fenders.
Once you have removed all the screws, separate the cover from the buffer by moving it forward.
Carry out the installation in the reverse order. Naturally, before finally fixing the cover on the wings, align it in height and sides.
