Place your Mondeo on a horizontal surface if possible and open the warped door. With the "wicket" open, it is easier to work with the fastening screws of the door hinges.

ORDER OF EXECUTION |
- Loosen the hinge mounting screws just enough to allow the door to close after light pressure is applied to it, or to allow a pivoting motion for part of the door. If the screws are loosened more, the door may "move" from the "vertical position".
- Then close the door and align it so that its ends are in line with the body and the gap size is approximately uniform. If the door is carelessly located from the middle or rear pillar, then also release the wedge for the lock and move it together with the door in the appropriate direction.
- Remove the outside door handle and, lifting it slightly, open the door.
- Hold the door in this position and tighten all mounting screws at the same time.
- Close the door, check its fit and adjust it again if necessary.
