Removal and installation of a support of a forward brake

Raise the front of the car. Remove the front wheels.

Clamp the elastic brake hose with special pliers.

Unscrew the bolts securing the caliper bracket to the suspension column (pic. 6.7).



Remove the brake caliper from the brake disc by first unscrewing the elastic brake hose, the free end of which must be plugged. The new caliper should be installed in the following order:

Screw the flexible brake hose to the brake caliper.

Attach the caliper bracket to the suspension column. Pay attention to that. make sure the brake hose is not kinked. If necessary, loosen the hose on the fender and adjust the installation so that the hose is properly routed (without twisting or kinking).

Bleed the brake system.
