Disconnect the brake pipes from the brake pressure regulator (Fig. 6.11) and immediately close the open ends.
Unscrew the brake pressure regulator from the bracket. The position of the bolts is shown in Fig. 6.12.
Remove the latch and take out the brake pressure regulator. The pressure regulator cannot be repaired - if damaged, it must be replaced with a new one.
The brake pressure regulator is installed in the reverse order.
After installing the brake pressure regulator, the brake system must be bled.
