Replacing the brake pressure regulator

Disconnect the ground wire from the battery clamp.

Disconnect the brake lines from the brake pressure regulator (pic. 6.11) and close open ends immediately.



Unscrew the brake pressure regulator from the bracket. The position of the bolts is shown in fig. 6.12.



Take out a latch and get a regulator of pressure of brakes. The pressure regulator is not repairable - in case of damage it must be replaced with a new one.

The brake pressure regulator is installed in the reverse order.

After installing the brake pressure regulator, the brake system must be bled.
