Remove the brake master cylinder using the description given earlier.
Disconnect the main brake pedal pusher (Fig. 6.14).
Unscrew the vacuum booster from the bracket and remove it.
The vacuum booster should not be disassembled or repaired. If it fails, it must be replaced.
The vacuum booster is installed in the following order.
Attach the vacuum booster to the bracket.
Connect the vacuum booster to the pedal via the pushrod.
Install the master cylinder as described earlier.
Connect the elastic vacuum hose to the vacuum booster.
Bleed the brake system.
