Replacing the master brake cylinder (Fiesta 2)

Remove the filler cap of the brake fluid expansion tank.

Remove (by suction) the brake fluid from the expansion tank.

Disconnect the brake pipes from the master cylinder.

Unscrew the master cylinder from the brake booster.

The master brake cylinder cannot be repaired. If damaged, it must be replaced with a new one.

The master brake cylinder is installed in the reverse order.

After installing a new master cylinder, the brake system must be bled.
