- unscrew the wheel nuts;
- place the front of the car on a jack and remove the wheel;
- clamp the hydraulic hose in a suitable vice and unscrew the expansion tank connection;

- remove the safety clamp (see Fig. 251);
- remove the brake pads (section 15.4.1);
- unscrew the brake pipe from the caliper;
- unscrew the caliper holder mounting bolts and remove the holder from the steering knuckle;
- unscrew the caliper from the brake hose.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Tighten the caliper bracket mounting bolts to a torque of 120 N·m. Install the brake shoe according to subsection 15.4.1.
Tighten the brake hose hexagon to 13 Nm. Turn the steering wheel from one position to another and make sure that the brake hose does not catch on other parts. Then bleed the brake system (see the corresponding subsection).
