Remove the brake disc as follows:

- remove the brake caliper as described above and tie it to the suspension with wire so that it does not hang on the hose;

- having disconnected both safety clamps (Fig. 257), pull the brake disc out of the wheel hub;

- thoroughly clean the mating surfaces of the hub and disc;

- thoroughly clean the mating surfaces of the hub and disc;

- after securing the brake disc with new clamps, refit the two wheel nuts, tightening them tightly to the brake disc, secure the dial indicator with a suitable holder to the front wheel suspension and position the indicator pin as close as possible to the disc (Fig. 258). Slowly rotate the brake disc and observe the deflection of the pointer (the maximum deflection should not exceed 0.15 mm);

- if the obtained deviation exceeds the permissible value, remove the disc from the hub again so that the mating surfaces of the hub and disc can be checked again, also try to install the brake disc on the hub in a different position, if this does not help, replace the brake disc.
