The master cylinder must not be disassembled. A new cylinder is supplied without a reservoir, which must be replaced. To remove the reservoir, loosen the two retaining bolts on either side of the cylinder and carefully lift the reservoir with a screwdriver.
Install in the reverse order of removal. Bleed the brake system.
