Brake shield — removal and installation

Withdrawal

1. Remove the brake pads. For more information, refer to the chapter Brake pads available in this section.

2. Remove the brake cylinder. For more information, see the Wheel Cylinder chapter. available in this section.

3. Disconnect the parking brake cable from the brake shield.

• 1.Press the clip.
• 2.Disconnect cable.

4. Remove brake shield rivets.

Installation

1. When installing, follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
