Brake Disc Front Disc Brake

Withdrawal

1. Loosen wheel nuts.

2. Raise and support the vehicle. See Section 100-02 for more information.

3. Remove the wheel.

4. Disconnect the outer brake shoe mounting clip.



5. Disconnect the brake hose from the support bracket.

NOTE: Pull the caliper out to release the piston.

Disconnect the caliper.

• 1.Remove the bolt covers.
• 2.Remove the bolts.

CAUTION: Temporarily secure the caliper is required.

Suspend the caliper to prevent pressure on the brake hose.



8. Remove the brake disc. Remove the clip (in the presence of).

Installation

NOTE: Before installation, make sure the hub surface is clean, free of rust and sediment.

When installing, follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
