Removal
Raise the front of the car onto jack stands.
Loosen the bumper mounting clamps from the bottom of the vehicle.
If equipped, release the bumper quick release from the underside of the vehicle.
Using a slotted socket wrench, remove the mounting bolts from the bumper adjustment mechanism.
Use a 24 mm socket wrench to loosen the adjustment mechanism.
Remove the bumper from the car using a horizontal movement.
Place the bumper on a clean, soft surface.
Installation
Move the bumper horizontally, making sure that it is secured with the side pins and that its holders are in the recesses on the rear side.
Screw the mounting bolts into the adjustment mechanism and use it as a guide. Insert the adjustment mechanism.
Install the mounting clamps and, if available, the quick release fastener on the underside of the vehicle.
Adjust the bumper.
Tighten the adjustment mechanism mounting bolts to a torque of 20 Nm.
Lower the car.
