Checking the butt gap
On each side, measure the gap "X" between the lower edge of the wing or the extension of the front grille and the upper edge of the bumper in at least two places. The prescribed value is 7 mm.
If the gap on the right or left is uneven or incorrect, the bumper should be adjusted.
Bumper adjustment
Using a slotted socket wrench, loosen the mounting bolts by about half a turn.
Using a 24 mm socket wrench and the adjusting bolts, adjust the bumper height.
Use the adjusting bolts to move the bumper until the gap on both sides reaches the specified value.
Tighten the bumper mounting bolts with a slotted head socket wrench to a torque of 20 Nm.
