The engine compartment hood, tailgate or luggage compartment lid respectively, side doors are bolted on and can be easily replaced. When installing, it is imperative to maintain gaps in the joints, otherwise, for example, the door may jam, or increased wind noise may occur during the trip. The gaps between the body parts must be the same along their entire length.

Safety precautions when performing bodywork



No welding or soldering work should be carried out on or near parts of a filled air conditioning system. This also applies to welding and soldering work on the vehicle if there is a risk of heating parts of the air conditioning system during this work.

Caution: Do not open the refrigerant circuit of the air conditioning system.


Remove the protective coating of the bottom of the car and sealing materials from repaired places with a rotating wire brush or heat with hot air to a temperature not exceeding +180°C and scrape off with a spatula.

When repairing the paintwork, it is allowed to heat the car in the drying chamber or preheating zone to a temperature not exceeding +80°C. If the specified temperature is exceeded, the electronic control units in the car may fail.
