Removal and installation of an external mirror

You will need: TORX T25 wrench, socket head «on 10».

NOTE: Left exterior mirror removal shown. The right mirror is removed in the same way.

1. Remove the insert of the decorative corner trim of the door, overcoming the elastic resistance of its latches.



2. Turn out the screw of fastening of an angular overlay..



3.... and disconnect it from the door panel, overcoming the elastic resistance of the piston of its fastening.



4. Pull the corner trim aside..



5. … Disconnect from an overlay block of a plait of wires of an external mirror and remove an overlay.



6. Squeeze the clamps of the exterior mirror wiring harness block..



7.... and disconnect the block.



8. Remove the top screw..



9.... and the lower bolt of the outside mirror..



10.... then remove the mirror..



11.... removing the hook on its base from the hole in the door panel.



12. Establish an external mirror in an order, the return to removal.
