Removal and installation of a back seat

The rear seat cushion and backrest consist of two parts, each of which can be removed individually. The removal of the left parts of the pillow and backrest is shown, the right parts are removed in the same way.

You will need: TORX T40 wrench, flat blade screwdriver.



1. Remove two bolts (the extreme bolt is shown, the second bolt is not visible in the photo, it is located closer to the center of the car) rear seat cushions..



2.... and remove the rear seat cushion from the car.



3. Tilt the back of the rear seat forward, turn the outer hinge lock with a screwdriver..



4.... and disconnect the hinge from the bracket.



5. Take an axis of the internal hinge from an arm and remove a back of a back seat.



6. To remove the latch of the rear seat back lock, remove the middle lining of the sidewall (cm. «Removal and installation of facings of a luggage carrier») and remove the two screws securing the latch to the body.

7. Install the rear seat and all removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
