The main element of the front suspension is a telescopic shock absorber strut, which combines the functions of a telescopic element of the guide mechanism and a damping element of vertical oscillations of the wheel relative to the body. A coil spring, compression buffer, protective casing of the strut and upper support are assembled on the shock absorber strut.
The upper support of the shock absorber strut is attached to the mudguard strut of the body with three nuts. Due to its elasticity, the support dampens high-frequency vibrations.
The shock absorber strut is connected to the steering knuckle with a tie bolt.
The lower part of the steering knuckle is connected to the ball joint of the lower arm of the front suspension. The steering knuckles are made as one piece with the journal. A hub with a double-row radial-thrust ball bearing pressed into it is installed on the journal of the steering knuckle of the front suspension.
The lower arms are attached to the vehicle's subframe using silent blocks.
The anti-roll bar is connected to the car's subframe with two brackets through rubber bushings, and to the shock absorber struts - by the stabilizer struts.
