Front Lower Arm Rear Suspension (Wagon) (Mondeo 1 and 2)

Removal

1. Support the front wheels, lift the rear of the car and place it on supports. Remove the corresponding rear wheel.

2. Unscrew the bolt securing the front lower arm to the beam (see Fig. 23.2).

2. Unscrew the bolt securing the front lower arm to the beam (see Fig. 23.2).

3. Unscrew the bolt securing the front lower arm to the rear axle support (see Fig. 23.3).

Installation

4. Installation - in the reverse order of removal. Tighten the mounting bolts fully only after the vehicle is positioned on the ground and the suspension is loaded.
