53. Car pulls to one side


1. Weakly inflated tires.

2. Tires are defective.

3. Strong wear of suspension or steering elements.

4. Front wheels require camber adjustment.

5. Front brake sticking (see chapter 9).

54. Angular vibrations, shaking, vibrations


1. Unbalanced or damaged wheels.

2. Wheel bearings loose, worn, incorrectly installed (chapter 10).

3. Shock absorbers and / or suspension elements are damaged (chapter 10).

55. Strong bounce when cornering or braking


1. Defective shock absorbers. Replace entire assembly (chapter 10).

2. Broken or weak springs and / or suspension elements, check as described in chapter 10.

56. Great steering stiffness


1. Lack of fluid in the power steering reservoir (Chapter 1).

2. Tire pressure not correct (Chapter 1).

57. Large steering play


1. Strong wear of suspension or steering elements (chapter 10).

2. Damaged steering gear (chapter 10).

58. No power steering


1. Steering pump drive belt is loose or incorrectly installed (Chapter 1).

2. Low fluid level (Chapter 1).

3. Hoses or lines are pinched. Check and install correctly.

4. Air in the power steering. Bleed the system (chapter 10).

59. Increased overall tire wear


1. Tire pressure not correct (Chapter 1).

2. Violated the collapse and convergence of the wheels. Adjustment required.

3. Wheels are damaged. Check and replace if required.

4. Suspension or steering elements are heavily worn (chapter 10).

60. Increased tire wear on the outer or inner side around the entire circumference


1. Air pressure is not correct (Chapter 1).


2. Incorrect camber setting.

3. Suspension arm is bent or twisted (chapter 10).

61. Sawtooth tire wear


1. Air pressure is not correct (Chapter 1).

2. Incorrect installation of convergence of the front wheels.

3. Loose or damaged steering elements (chapter 10).

62. Tire tread worn in one place


1. Incorrect wheel balancing.

2. Tire defect (Chapter 1).
