The battery tray is a one-piece plastic element that is secured with three bolts.
Battery wiring consists of wire "masses" with enhanced performance and power wire with soldered blind pole pins. The wires are clamped to the battery posts, which are not the same size to avoid misconnection. A separate starter solenoid wire is connected near the battery and bolted to the starter solenoid. The wire "masses" and power wire are bolted to the engine, starter and alternator.
