Checking and flushing the hydrokinetic gearbox

1. Check clearance between turbine, guide vane and pump housing. Install the hydrokinetic gear on the oil pump shaft and rotate it. There should be no sounds of metal elements rubbing against each other.

2. Check play between guide vane and turbine. During the rotation of the elements of the hydrokinetic transmission with uniform movement and rotation of the drive shaft of the transmission, no sounds of metal elements rubbing against each other should be heard.

3. Rinse hydrokinetic transmission.
