1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.
2. Remove the instrument panel center console trim assembly with the heating (air conditioning) and ventilation control unit (see "Removal and installation the instrument panel").
3. Remove the four screws securing the heating (air conditioning) and ventilation control unit to the panel…
4. ...and remove the block.
5. Use a screwdriver to press the cable sheath fastening clamps…
6. … remove the end of the cable sheath from the hole in the bracket…
7. …and remove the cable end from the drive sector of the air temperature regulator entering the passenger compartment.
8. Install the heating (air conditioning) and ventilation control unit and all removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
